Remove failed hose bib and replaced with new. Checked for leaks, ran some water. Hose bib works as it should. Had to cut out an 8”x8” area of drywall to gain access, filled in hole with a white 8”x8” access panel.

Removed and cleaned flame sensor and burners. Performed combustion analysis. Complete preventative maintenance - oil\filter, air filter, spark plugs, battery test and inspect, output voltage checked, inspect Fuel and electrical connections, confirm firmware, c\o cabinet, power simulation. Unit works as it should at this time.
Pull export from genset, reset fault, test operations.
Found gas valve wasn’t opening tapped and opened replaced gas valve and did furnace tuneup.
